Personalized Matchmaking Service is an exclusive service provided by the company to high-end esteemed customers, who want to take benefits of fully dedicated matchmaking services. This service enables you to get personalized or high-end support through our relationship managers who will directly interact with you regarding your choices and will find perfect suitable match for you. We believe in people's trust and provide quality services and hence if customer is not satisfied with the services within one month of commencement of service, the membership fee will be refunded within 15 days after deducting ¼ of the amount as service charge. The refund policy is only applicable for Personalized Matchmaking Services.
